Combien de pinces, et lesquelles?
The count and sizes are shown in the bundle's title and photos. The colours are assorted to give you one for every hairstyle — and because the material is recycled, every marbled pattern is unique.
C'est vrai qu'elles sont incassables?
We designed them to last, not to be tossed: steel spring, reinforced structure, 4-year warranty. If a clip breaks under normal use, we want to know.
Are the clips really 100% recycled?
Yes. The material comes from pill bottles, shampoo bottles and objects collected locally, ground down and re-injected with no new plastic. The proof is in the marbling: every clip is unique.
Medium or Small — which one should I choose?
The Medium (≈9 cm, 87×45 mm) for full updos and medium to thick hair. The Small (≈6 cm, 59×40 mm) for half-updos, strands and fine to medium hair.
Shipping, warranty and returns?
Free shipping over $50, shipped from Québec. Every clip is covered by our 4-year warranty against breakage under normal use. As for returns: we don't take a clip back for a simple change of heart, but if yours arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it or refund you — send us a photo and we'll sort it out fast.
